To be eligible for the eIS Business Solutions Referral Rewards Program, customers must meet the following conditions:

1. eIS Business Solutions customers that are not in default of any eIS Business Solutions agreement and their account is in good standing may participate in the eIS Business Solutions Referral Rewards Program.
2. eIS Business Solutions will evaluate all the Referral Forms received and, at eIS Business Solutions' sole discretion, decide whether the Referral Agent is eligible to participate in the program and whether the Prospect is an eligible referral, based on the following guidelines:
   
   
   • The Referral Form must be complete and the information must be accurate. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
   • The Referral Form must be submitted within the Referral Program's effective dates.
   • The Prospect cannot be an existing eIS Business Solutions customer or an existing prospect. You may not refer yourself, your company, or your employer.
   • The Point of Contact must be a key decision maker at the Prospect Company.
   • Other criteria may apply, depending on the circumstances.
     
     
3. If said referral results in a new signed contract for eIS Business Solutions, the Referral Agent's Company will receive an eIS Business Solutions Certificate worth $500 to be used toward: discounts on the following year's annual maintenance fee, eIS Business Solutions training, or new products and services from eIS Business Solutions.
