After conducting a two-hour interactive session and onsite survey, eIS Business Solutions will deliver a report with findings and recommendations specific to business issues that were discussed in the site survey.
What Are The Deliverables Of The Strategy Consultation?
Your organization will receive a written report that details the findings of the Strategy Consultation, including:
- A description of your business processes in the targeted area of the Consultation.
- Areas for greatest ROI and suggestions for improving your business processes and leveraging your existing technology.
- Technologies that will help address specific needs and pains uncovered in the Strategy Consultation.
- A summary of the benefits your organization will realize with technology improvements and next-step recommendations for improved efficiency and profitability.
- A list of the steps that will allow your company to move forward with creating a detailed implementation plan.
What Investments Are Required?
Only the time of relevant personnel will be needed during the onsite survey; senior executives in your organization are expected to have approved the engagement. Although encouraged to participate, these executives are not required to be involved in the Strategy Assessment.
You will need to dedicate functional experts proficient in the area that the Strategy Assessment is targeting. A senior IT member knowledgeable on the ERP systems supporting the Strategy Assessment area should also be present. Participants should be available for the duration of the onsite visit.
